1. Data We Collect
Student name, class, parent name, parent phone, and fee amounts. We collect this data from the school that uses our service.
2. How We Use Data
We use the data only to send fee reminders and payment links. We never sell data to third parties.
3. Data Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the school admin and PTA system only.
4. Data Deletion
Schools can request deletion of all their data within 30 days of account closure. Email delete@ptafees.ng to request.
5. WhatsApp & Paystack
Messages are sent via the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Payments are processed via Paystack. Both are subject to their own privacy policies.
